“Tlaxcala demanda justicia”: Martha Palafox
La Senadora por Tlaxcala, demandó ante la PGR federal los casos más recientes de inseguridad en Tlaxcala.
Durante la comparecencia en el Senado Mexicano de la Procuradora General de la República, Arely Gómez. La Senadora Martha Palafox Gutiérrez, denunció los casos de inseguridad que aquejan a la población que representa, Tlaxcala.
En su oportunidad luego de las intervenciones de Senadores que integran la comisión de justicia, Palafox Gutiérrez, hizo uso de la voz para argumentar que desde 2011, Tlaxcala está inmerso en casos donde la violación a los derechos humanos, el abuso y atraco de las autoridades son un sello en la procuración de justicia.
“Señora procuradora lo que ocurre en Tlaxcala es una extensión del caso Veracruz, y su enviado que en 2011 convirtieron en el titular de la comisión de seguridad en el estado, Orlando May Zaragoza, pido justicia para las familias tlaxcaltecas que han sido agraviadas por el abuso e impunidad de que hace gala la procuración de justicia en el estado”
Al respecto la legisladora por Tlaxcala, señaló que el abuso y la corrupción de toda índole por parte de las autoridades han aumentado sistemáticamente en forma escandalosa y ofensiva para la ciudadanía; oportunidad que aprovechó para mencionar los últimos hechos violentos ocurridos en la ciudad de Apizaco, así como en municipios del sur del estado donde delitos como la trata de personas son una constante que alarma.
“Las autoridades han sido señaladas como encubridoras de la extorsión, secuestro, robo a mano armada en casa habitación, violación, amenaza, tortura, robo a comercio, robo de automóviles y cajeros automáticos; sin olvidar también sus presas más codiciadas que son los jóvenes a quienes acusan de faltas o delitos que no comenten para extorsionar a los padres, este crimen organizado a contado siempre con la complacencia de la procuradora del estado, sobra decir que el corredor de venta y consumo de drogas aumenta” precisó la legisladora del PT.
También visibilizó ante la máxima autoridad para procurar justicia en el país, los casos de extorsión en retenes establecidos por las policías del estado y municipales, así como las desapariciones forzadas de menores y el aumento al número de feminicidios en el estado.
“Los ciudadanos que recorren el interior del estado son objeto del abuso de los retenes que se pelean la plaza entre los policías estatales y municipales, o bien trabajan en complicidad. Los últimos acontecimientos lamentables, son la desaparición y secuestro en su mayoría de mujeres y de jóvenes”
Finalmente la Procuradora General de la República, Arely Gómez, recibió la solicitud para investigar a fondo los casos de mujeres desaparecidas como la menor Karla Romero Tezmol y la PGR atraiga las investigaciones por violación a los derechos humanos de las víctimas y atienda la grave situación de inseguridad que priva en Tlaxcala.
